We will present our customized plan, along with marketing pieces that will showcase your home to buyers. Each home is different and requires a different plan to get it sold as quickly as possible.
- Set The Price
We will work with you to price the property correctly so that it gets as many showings as possible.
We work with you to make the property the most marketable and salable within your budget and time frame. We will also provide a Staging Checklist to suggest constructive changes to the property to make it more appealing, to show exceptionally well and help it to yield the greatest possible price to an interested buyer.
- Listing Agreement
You agree to allow us to list your home and we agree to give you the best possible service we can offer.
After the listing agreement is signed we begin aggressively marketing your home. We use targeted marketing and reach buyers through a combination of direct mail, internet and newspaper listings. We utilize professional photography. We Also electronically submit the listing information to the Multiple Listing Service for exposure to all active real estate agents in the Multiple Listing Service area.
